He climbed the ladder in the industry purely based on his performance and joined Confiance as the Operations Manager for RCM division in 2018. He currently manages the clients and the team ensuring the operations run smooth. His is always thriving to build better processes and controls to ensure timely deliverables without compromising on the quality.
